Ample outside living area with covered porches on the first floor and an open second floor deck with beautiful views and dining area. This upside down style home has three bedrooms on the second floor, two with private balconies and private baths plus a third bedroom and a powder room. Master suite has a king bed and private screened porch. Queen beds in the other two bedrooms. First floor has a fully equipped bayside family room featuring a wet bar, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, and wine fridge flowing out to the decks with ample seating areas and a natural gas grill. Two bedrooms on the first floor sharing a full bath, one with two sets of twin bunks and the second with queen bed and private deck. There is a den with pocket door for additional sleeping with queen sleep sofa and a full bath that accomodates the den and common area. Down the hall is a laundry room and entrance to the garage. The boat slip will accommodate a 30 foot boat. Owner provides beach chairs, beach cart, bikes and beach umbrellas, two kayaks and life vests. A great house! THIS IS A FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL Off season weekend rentals available at $1600 per night 4 day minimum.
